Mandy has a few snacks and desserts that have helped her lose 38 pounds and maintain a pound for three years now. This is the list of delicious food you need, and delicious snacks that can help you stick to your diet.
1 – Vermicelli vermicelli
Mandy dedicates an entire calorie section to noodles. But not just any noodles. She eats shirataki noodles because they contain zero calories.
Asian noodles are made from water and glucomannan. Glucomannan is a type of fiber that some people use for weight loss . You will find pasta at some health markets and Asian grocery stores. 3- Franks Red Hot Sauce

If you are not a fan of Starbucks, you can always make delicious coffee drinks at home . You’ll save money and it may be better for your weight loss program. When you control the ingredients in your coffee, you also control the calorie and fat content.
5 – Swiss Miss Sensible Desserts Diet Hot Chocolate Mix
Believe it or not, you can satisfy your cravings for chocolate without diminishing your diet . One packet of Swiss Miss Sassible Sweet Mix mixed with hot cocoa contains only 25 calories. You’ll see other varieties of Miss Switzerland on the shelves at your local grocery store, but one of the things you learn about accounting for calories is that it’s every calorie. Fiber fills your stomach and helps you feel full for longer so that you can eat less throughout the day.
Not sure what to do with a tortilla? Make an intimate torta roll sandwich. Mandy layers to it with a splash of fat-roasted red zero oasis, red pepper, and some fresh vegetables.
